The current priest, school board president and school principal will conduct the financial need analysis. Families applying for tuition assistance must complete the application and submit the necessary supporting documentation.
The following information is required in order for to process your application:
- Fill out the application form.
- Submit documents
- Copies of your IRS Federal Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ U.S. Individual Income Tax Return. If applicant and co-applicant file separately, we require both tax returns for the same tax year.
